Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2025Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via idore.eu between IDORE and the customer. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
IDORE reserves the right to amend these terms. The version in force at the time of the order applies. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
The offer and agreement
All offers on idore.eu are without obligation. IDORE cannot be held to an offer if the customer should reasonably have understood that the offer contained an error, including in pricing.
An agreement is concluded at the moment IDORE confirms receipt of the order by email. IDORE reserves the right to refuse an order or attach conditions to it in justified cases, such as suspected fraud or incorrect personal data.
Prices and payment
All prices on idore.eu are in euros and include Dutch VAT (BTW) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately where applicable and are free on all orders within Europe.
Payment must be made at the time of order through one of the payment methods offered at checkout. IDORE uses certified payment providers and does not store card details.
IDORE is entitled to correct obvious pricing errors on the website, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order free of charge.
Delivery
IDORE ships across Europe. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are stated on the website and are indicative only.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the address provided. If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the customer is responsible for any additional costs.
If an order is not delivered within 30 days, the customer may dissolve the agreement in accordance with Article 7:46e of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), unless a longer delivery period was agreed.
Right of withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
As a consumer purchasing via idore.eu, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in excess of the statutory minimum of 14 days required under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us at info@idore.eu before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return costs are at your expense unless the item was delivered faulty or incorrectly.
Items must be returned unused, in their original and undamaged packaging. IDORE will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Conformity and warranty
IDORE guarantees that all products conform to the agreement, the specifications stated on the website, and the reasonable standards of quality and usability (Article 7:17 BW).
If a delivered product is defective, the customer must notify IDORE at info@idore.eu within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. IDORE will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion and at no cost to the customer.
Liability
IDORE's liability for direct damages is limited to the order value of the relevant transaction. IDORE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
IDORE is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including engraving text or delivery addresses.
Complaints
Complaints about products or service must be submitted to IDORE at info@idore.eu within a reasonable time after discovery. IDORE will respond within 14 days of receipt.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may submit it to the Geschillencommissie (Dutch Disputes Committee) via geschillencommissie.nl, or use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the law of the customer's country of residence within the EU.
