All IDORE orders are shipped free of charge across Europe. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@idore.eu with your order number. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear in your account. We have no control over this timeline once the refund has been issued from our side.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Every IDORE order is packed with care. Bottles are secured and cushioned to prevent movement in transit. Gift-ready packaging is standard, no additional request needed.

If you are ordering as a gift, add a message at checkout and we will include a handwritten note in your order.
